Can't Cancel XM
Sounds like this guy's experience is the same as mine! If you are bouncing across this post while on hold, hang up and call 202 380 4393. At least, it worked for me.

In summary, all I wanted to do was remove one radio and change my package to month to month on the other receiver. While I love my XM radio, this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I called three times before using 202 380 4393 instead.
