Just a short, out of cycle update.

It has been years since the basic review process has been discussed. I thought I should go over how I review, in case either of my readers cares.

I am going to open with a quick introduction to the juice. The introduction will most likely be a simple “why I purchased this bottle” approach.

Next will be the nose, followed by sip, then taste and finally finish. I will sip some neat and then use a giant ice cube in a rocks glass to sample.

I am now going for nothing fancy here on the web site. I am going to try doing a few reviews phone only and see how the reviews go. No more fancy camera.

Feedback is always welcome. I will delete stuff that pisses me off.
