I have one more test tube like bourbon to review. If you don’t believe me on the test tube thing, just see the picture below. Before anyone asks, there were other tubes of bourbon, but those tubes are already on the web site somewhere. These tubes are a great amount for a little sip while watching television.

Nose: Delightfully carries notes of cherry and licorice. If I had more, I would like to try this in a Manhattan.

Pop: Sort of slides on the taste buds with no sting or harshness and perhaps even to subtle.

Taste: Mild, almost to the point of not being the most interesting Bourbon I have tried lately. While I like the Bourbon, I do not love this Bourbon.

Finish: A strong grainy finish, which is a surprise given how subtle the rest of the flavors are.

I found this one fun to try. I suppose I could go purchase a bottle, but there are more bourbons to review out there. If you have a suggestion for something you would like to see reviewed, why not leave a comment? Sure, I will get right on that Rip Van Winkle review that you want.
